I texted you ecstatic about Max's ketchup dispenser from Hamngatan (1:48).  You can see the Max burger joint - it's under the red squiggly line.
I took a train along E4 to get to Arlanda airport to fly to see you!

Snowfall part 2

Dear L,

It has been snowing on-and-off for the past week, with beautiful results.  Here are some photos I took on the way home from guys' night in / poker last night.

Happy Thanksgiving and Belated Halloween

Dear D,

First, I'm grateful for you and your love. XOX :)

Second, I realized I never showed you my Halloween... It was quite rowdy and fun!

A and N were ghosts. They dressed all in white and covered one another with baby powder.

Here we have the girls: (L-R) Doraemon, ghost 1, ghost 2, hippie and Tiger Lily.

And the boys: dog and ninja.

Can't you tell who I am? A lot of people couldn't, even the Thai people... burst my bubble a bit.

I MADE that collar out of paper!

Drinking alcohol is pretty communal in Thailand. Here is everyone enjoying a "bucket" of who knows what.

And this is how the night ended. My friends trying to keep me away from the buckets. I was pretty angsty about you leaving Thailand after all..

Nursery Rhymes

Dear D,

Last month N, A, F and I went to volunteer at a Burmese nursery that's opening up 5 minutes away from my school. We started out painting fences and shutters but quickly became more interested in the empty white walls inside the nursery. A day's work later we ended up with some fantastic murals.
